introduction
this project we developed a garage into living space, removing the garage door and installing upvc windows to match the rest of the property, the property was split with a utility room at the back of the garage,
electrics
lights and double sockets were installed with a chrome finish.
plumbing
plumbing was installed to offer a new radiator for the new space.
insulation
100mm celetex was used to insulate the floor .
cavity batts were used to insulate between the cavity of new brickwork
foundation
foundation was dug out and concrete installed to carry weight of new wall also concrete lintels were installed above window to carry new weight.
walls
plaster board , skimmed prepared then painted with pure brilliant white vinyl matt emulsion
wooden flooring
installed with new skirting boards to match doors then painted with Dulux satin wood .
all materials and specs are to standards and to regulation
all certificates are provided for new works and signed off by building regulation.
