This project we acquired as a 4 bed mid terraced 4 bed house. we completely stripped out and redeveloped.

  • Complete strip out back to brick -whole property was completely stripped out including all old wiring, old plaster, flooring, wallpaper, skirting, kitchen , bathroom, ceilings, etc ​

  • new kitchen - old kitchen stripped out, redesigned and installed.

  • new bathroom - Old bathroom stripped out, redesigned and installed.

  • complete rewire of whole property - 

  • complete pluming of property 

  • plastered throughout 

  • decorated 

  • dressed - All rooms designed and installed with bedding and furniture throughout whole property

 

  • complete finished products.

Property is now a 5 bed serviced apartment
